1. MFA, Master of Fine Arts in Painting

   Tufts University, School of the Museum of Fine Arts September 2012 – May 2015

   Minor in Philosophy.

   Drawing from childhood exposure to war-themed video games, I examined how repeated virtual violence erodes sensitivity. Painting allowed me to return emotional weight to archived screenshots, while glitches operated as symbols of dissociation and the sublime. The work interrogates how violence, when endlessly rehearsed, sheds moral consequence and returns as aesthetic pleasure.
